Alan J. Bedenko is an associate with the law firm of Burden, Hafner & Hansen, LLC. He is a litigation attorney who defends personal injury cases arising out of trucking and automobile accidents, labor law, municipal law and governmental liability, premises liability including lead paint cases, product liability matters, and other general negligence cases. Mr. Bedenko handles cases throughout New York in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Bedenko has a speaking fluency in Serbo-Croatian.
